Booking Policy

To help ensure the best possible experience for both our clients and our team, please review our general booking policies: Booking Confirmation All bookings are requests until confirmed. Once your request is received, we will follow up to confirm availability, review your service needs, and provide a custom quote. Estimates & Pricing Pricing varies depending on the type of service, the size and condition of the space, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, presence of pets or children, and other specific details. Final pricing will be confirmed before your appointment. Deposit & Payment A small deposit may be required to hold your spot, especially for first-time or one-time deep cleans. Remaining balances are due upon completion of service. We accept cash, card, or check. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Access to Property Please ensure someone is available to provide access, or provide lockbox/entry instructions in advance. If our team is unable to enter, a no-show fee may apply. Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to be happy with your clean!
